Elk River Brewing: Dunrite IPA 7.5%
Named after the man who helped make our vision come to life, this IPA has that hoppy aroma and bitterness that IPA lovers look for. Hopped with heavy doses of Columbus, Summit, Cascade and Centennial hops, then dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo hops!

Evolution Chardonnay Migration 7.2%
A Belgian-style pale ale aged in Chardonnay barrels that underwent a secondary brettanomyces fermentation. It’s a well-balanced example of what have come to be known as “wild ales,” referring to the presence of non-traditional brewer’s yeast.

Founders Blushing Monk 9.2%
When our love of fruit and our love of beer come together, Blushing Monk happens. Brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries for tart yet luscious raspberry-jam character and fermented with Belgian yeast for subtle fruit and spice esters. Think of Blushing Monk as Rubaeus’ older sibling – more intense, slightly larger and just a little bit more mature.

Laguintas Hazy Memory 7.7 %
We’re going a bit blurry on this nebulous release… Hazy Memory is a cloudy IPA full of oats and smooth wheatly-esque-ish-ness, packed with some of the murkiest, juiciest, turbid Loral 291, Hallertau Blanc, Galaxy, and Citra Hops. It’s a huge flavor you won’t forget!

Liquid Alchemy: Deeply Rooted 7.5%
We start with The Dark Cide(r) as a base and to that we add sarsaparilla, birch bark, and Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is an earthy, woodsy cider reminiscent of birch beer or root beer. Deeply Rooted is slightly sweetened on the back end with Michigan grown apple juice but still is not overly sweet.
